Request a Room

To qualify for a room at the WakeMed House:

• The family resides 25 miles, or more, away from WakeMed
• The patient is 18 years or younger and is receiving inpatient treatment at WakeMed Hospital.
• The family must be deemed appropriate for residing in a community environment, passing a background check process for all adults over 18.
• The family has a referral from a WakeMed Social Worker.
