The shuttle is a white mini-van with a large Ronald McDonald House logo.
The shuttle service is very prompt. Please be ready and waiting at the pick-up location, five minutes before the times listed.
For pick up at the hospital, the shuttle will be at traffic circle outside the hospital closest to the main hospital doors.
For pick up at the Ronald McDonald House the shuttle will be outside the main entrance.
The parking pass provided to each RMH family at check-in will allow the family to park in the Duke Children’s Health Center lot on Saturday and Sundays, between 10:00 am – 6:00 pm, free of charge. To utilize this space, enter the main traffic circle in front of the hospital and show the parking pass to valet service.
Discounted parking passes for the Duke Hospital Parking Garage may be purchased at the gift shop within the main hospital.
